Double-core household wires are meant for the maintenance, assembly and service of the electricity system poles, delivery lines and transmission lines of subscribers (phone and broadcasting).

Designs and brands:

PUNP - wire with acrylic insulation and copper conductors, plastic sheath, universal use to be used in a fixed lighting network, flat (with parallel-laid conductors).

PUGNP – similar to PUNP but fitted with versatile conductors, used for connection to light grid by radio equipment and domestic electrical devices.

PPS - wire with copper conductor, polyethylene isolation, fire detectors and burglary alarms, flat (with tape base separating parallel piping).

PPVT - wire twisted with copper conductors, rubber insulation, plastic blade, telecommunications and broadcasting network stationary subscriber wiring.

PPBN - wire for residential use, fixed lying in the lighting network, flat with plastic insulation (with a separating tape base between parallel laid conductors).

APPBN, as PPBN, for conductives in aluminium.

TRPBN - cable, for residential and fixed construction, for broadcasting and telephone network subscriber wiring (with copper conductors, with polyethylene insulation, with a separating tape base between parallel-laid conductors).

CFC-1 - a flat (parallel-laid conductors) cord with flexible copper conductors and polyvinyl chloride insulation for linking electrical devices, wiring, and electromechanical household appliances to the lighting network (in conditions of mild deformation of the cord).

Conductor – copper for single wire (PUNP, PPS, PPVT, PPBN, TRBN) (for APPBN).

Insulation - PVC compound or polyethylene.

The sheath (PUNP, PUGNP, PPVT only) is a composite of polyethylene or of PVC.
